  1. These are some great sources on early intervention. If a teacher has not already, they will have a child with special needs enrolled in their classroom. It is nice to be able to find the resources to assist you in providing the best care and education for all children, and in this case, for children with special needs. Thanks for posting these.

  2. Thank you for sharing these resources. I hadn't heard of those books, but they seem interesting and helpful. I've worked with a couple of kids who were on the autism spectrum and some of these resources could've helped. There should be more training for working with special needs children because there seem to be more and more of them in our classrooms every year. Another book that I've heard several people talk about is the "Out of Sync Child by Carol Stock Kranowitz. It's about children who have sensory issues and ways to help them. A friend of mine has a child with sensory integration dysfunction and she found it really helpful.
